Protein markers are an essential component in biological research and drug development. Whether it is for protein electrophoresis or western blot, our pre-stained protein markers help you quickly determine the molecular weight of the target protein or evaluate the transfer efficiency.
Streptavidin is a tetrameric protein providing 4 high-affinity biotin binding sites. We offer a wide array of products pre-conjugated with streptavidin to support your research as well as biotinylated proteins.
Setting the corresponding isotype control antibody to detect non-specific binding can reduce the generation of false positive results and evaluate the possible influencing factors accurately in the drug development process. Explore our isotype controls for your research.
The efficacy of a therapeutic antibody depends on the Fab fragment and its binding activity to the target antigen, but also depends on the Fc fragment and its interaction with key Fc receptors. Therefore, candidates must be tested against a panel of receptors during antibody engineering. Explore our comprehensive collection of recombinant Fc receptor proteins!
We committed to accelerating the research, development, approval, and commercialization of infectious disease vaccines. With this idea, ViruStop is specially designed for virus research!
FACS assay shows that Biotinylated Human 4-1BB, Fc,Avitag (41B-H82F8) can bind to HEK293/Human 4-1BB Ligand / TNFSF9 Stable Cell Line (CHEK-ATP039). HEK293/Human 4-1BB Ligand / TNFSF9 Stable Cell was red line, Negative control HEK293 cells was grey line (QC tested).
Human 4-1BB Ligand (71-254) Protein, Fc Tag, premium grade (Cat. No. 41L-H5269) induce IL‐8 secretion in HT1080 human CD137 cell line. The specific activity of Human 4-1BB Ligand (71-254) Protein, Fc Tag, premium grade is>1.00*10^5 U/mg (QC tested).
Loaded Mouse 4-1BB, Fc Tag (Cat. No. 41B-M5258) on Protein A Biosensor, can bind Human 4-1BB Ligand (71-254) Protein, His,Flag Tag (Cat. No. 41L-H52D4) with an affinity constant of 18.6 nM as determined in BLI assay (ForteBio Octet Red96e) (Routinely tested).
Loaded Mouse 4-1BB Ligand, Fc Tag (Cat. No. 41L-M5257) on Protein A Biosensor, can bind Mouse 4-1BB, His Tag (Cat. No. 41B-M52H7) with an affinity constant of 4.8 nM as determined in BLI assay (ForteBio Octet Red96e) (Routinely tested).
Tumor necrosis factor ligand superfamily member 9 (4-1BBL) is also known as 4-1BB ligand, CD137L or TNFSF9, which is a cytokine that binds to TNFRSF9. 4-1BBL is the high affinity ligand of 4-1BB. 4-1BBL induces the proliferation of activated peripheral blood T-cells. Also, 4-1BBL may have a role in activation-induced cell death (AICD). Furthermore, 4-1BBL may play a role in cognate interactions between T-cells and B-cells/macrophages. As for diseases, 4-1BBL is involved in cancers, infectious diseases and autoimmune diseases.
