GMP Human IL-1 beta Protein on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 95% (With Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker).

MALDI-TOF analysis of GMP Human IL-1 beta Protein (Cat. No. GMP-ILBH16). The labeled peaks at 17372.1 Da and 17301.3 Da correspond to the calculated molecular masses, 17377 Da (aa 117-269) and 17306 Da (aa 118-269), respectively (Routinely tested).

GMP Human IL-1 beta Protein (Cat. No. GMP-ILBH16) stimulates proliferation of D10.G4.1 cells. The specific activity of GMP Human IL-1 beta Protein is>5.00 x 10^7 IU/mg, which is calibrated against WHO International Standard INTERLEUKIN-1 BETA (IL-1ß, Human rDNA derived) (NIBSC code: 86/680) (QC tested).

The Cell based assay shows batch-to-batch consistency between Acro's GMP and PG IL-1beta.
