Receptor Assay
 STEAP1 FACS

Expression analysis of human STEAP1 on HEK293/Human STEAP1 Stable Cell Line by FACS.
Cell surface staining was performed on HEK293/Human STEAP1 Stable Cell Line or negative control cell using anti-human STEAP1 antibody followed by staining with PE anti-human IgG Fc Antibody.

  • Background
This gene is predominantly expressed in prostate tissue, and is found to be upregulated in multiple cancer cell lines. The gene product is predicted to be a six-transmembrane protein, and was shown to be a cell surface antigen significantly expressed at cell-cell junctions.
