    2. -70°C for 3 months under sterile conditions after reconstitution.
SDS-PAGE
Sortilin SDS-PAGE

Cynomolgus Sortilin Protein, His Tag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 95% (With Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker).

  • Background
Sortilin is a multifunctional type-I transmembrane protein belonging to the Vps10p-domain receptor family (Vps10p-Domain Receptors, Vps10p-DRs). Sortilin plays a central role in cellular protein sorting, signal transduction, and metabolism. Its dysfunction is closely related to neurodegenerative diseases, metabolic syndrome, and cancer, and it is a potential therapeutic target for diseases.
