Streptavidin Protein FA-Labeled (for TR-FRET)

  • Application

The Streptavidin Protein FA-Labeled is a universal tool for TR-FRET assays that can bind biotinylated molecules. This product uses high-purity streptavidin (SA) labeled with fluorescent dyes and can be used in combination with other donors covalently conjugated with Eu³⁺ chelate. When the Donor and Acceptor come into close proximity (within a distance of less than 10 nm), a FRET reaction occurs: the 620 nm signal emitted by the Donor upon excitation by a specific light source is received by the Acceptor, which then emits a 665 nm signal.

 Streptavidin TR-FRET

In the TR-FRET assay, Monoclonal Anti-Human IgG Antibody Europium chelate is used as the donor and Streptavidin Protein FA-Labeled (Cat. No. FRT-TA01) as the acceptor. Mix Bioti-nylated Human PD-1 Protein, Avi tag, His Tag (Cat. No. PD1-H82E4) at 16 ng/well can bind Monoclonal Anti-Human PD-1 Antibody, Human IgG4 with a linear range of 5-0.078 μg/mL (QC tested).

 Streptavidin TR-FRET

The TR-FRET assay shows that Streptavidin Protein FA-Labeled (Cat. No. FRT-TA01) is stable at 37°C for 50 hours.

 Streptavidin TR-FRET

The TR-FRET assay shows that Streptavidin Protein FA-Labeled (Cat. No. FRT-TA01) is stable after freezing and thawing 5 times.
