5e5 of Anti-CD19 CAR-293 cells were stained with 100μL of 20 ug/mL Biotinylated Human CD19 (20-291) Protein, Fc,Avitag™, premium grade (Cat. No. CD9-H82F6) and negative control protein respectively, washed and then followed with 2.5 μg/mL of Streptavidin Protein-CY3 (Cat. No. STN-NC114) and analyzed with FACS. PE signal was used to evaluate the binding activity (QC tested).

No. APL-H82F5) with a linear range of 0.5-16 ng/mL when detected by Streptavidin Protein-HRP, Horseradish peroxidase conjugated Streptavidin (0.1 µg/mL) (Cat. No. STN-NH913) (QC tested).
The purity of Streptavidin Protein-Acridinium ester (Cat. No. STN-NA114) is more than 90% and the molecular weight of this protein is around 55-75 kDa verified by SEC-MALS.
